Many listings are auto-generated from public records and marked Unclaimed until a business owner verifies them.
Businesses can claim, correct, or request removal of their listing at any time.
Verification is based on business self-disclosure plus public records and may change over time.
Upfront does not guarantee ownership status forever; it reflects what was verified on the posted date.
