UpFront Directory uses public business records and owner-submitted information to operate an ownership-transparency directory for Phoenix Valley businesses.
What We Collect
We collect public business information such as business name, address, phone, website, category, source references, and public ownership signals. When someone submits, claims, reports, or requests removal of a listing, we collect the contact details and submission text needed to process that request.
How We Use It
We use this information to publish public-record listings, review verification requests, respond to reports, honor removal requests, and prevent re-contacting businesses that opt out.
We may email business representatives about their listing, verification status, reports, removal requests, or directory outreach. Every outreach email includes a way to opt out or request removal.
Sharing
We do not sell contact lists. Public listing information may appear on UpFront Directory. Internal review notes, reporter contact details, and suppression records are used for operations and safety.
