Why this exists
Local storefront names do not always tell you who owns the business. UpFront makes ownership disclosure easier to find.
Verified listings show business-confirmed ownership. Public record listings show only source-backed facts until the business verifies.
What we do
Maintain a free, public directory
Verified disclosures and public record listings, separated clearly.
Verify ownership submissions
Owner submissions are checked against public sources.
Allow owners to verify and update
Businesses can correct facts or verify a public record listing.
Honor removal requests
Any business owner can request removal for any reason. We process these requests promptly.
What we don't do
- We don't charge consumers anything, ever.
- We don't charge businesses for basic listings or directory placement.
- We don't promote, rank, or feature businesses based on payment.
- We don't display reviews or quality ratings.
- We don't claim independent ownership is automatically better.
Who runs this
UpFront is operated by Rausch Digital Services LLC, a Phoenix-based technology company. Kyle Rausch is the founder and sole owner of both Rausch Digital Services and UpFront.
