Is this really free?

Yes. Free to verify, free to maintain, free forever for basic listings. We don't charge businesses for directory placement.

What if I make a mistake?

You can update your listing anytime after it's published. Just log in and edit.

How long until my listing goes live as verified?

Usually 1-3 business days, depending on how easily we can cross-check your information against public records.

What does "verified" actually mean?

We've reviewed your submission, cross-checked it against Arizona Corporation Commission filings, domain registration, and other public records, and confirmed nothing contradicts what you submitted. We don't verify quality of service. We verify ownership claims against public sources.

What if I don't want to be listed?

You can request removal at any time, for any reason. We honor all removal requests within 48 hours.

Will my information be shared or sold?

No. We don't sell email addresses or business contact info. The information you submit is published on your verified listing (which is public, that's the point) and used internally for verification. That's it.

What's the difference between a "public record" listing and a "verified" listing?

Public record listings show only what we sourced from Arizona Corporation Commission, Google Business Profile, and other public records. We make no claims about ownership type. Verified listings have been reviewed by our team and the business has confirmed their ownership info directly. Same business, different level of confidence.

Can I see my listing before it goes live as verified?

Yes, after submission you'll get a preview link in your confirmation email.
